The impact of the recession on the HR Function has been huge; the ability to switch from growth into recovery mode has left many of us wondering what our priorities should be and what is everyone else doing. Kings College London have undertaken some great research with some very interesting results and what’s even better they are allowing me to send it to you for free. Recession to Recovery is an excellent research document.
