Over the past few years, organisations have started using assessments in new ways, and are integrating assessments data throughout talent management systems to make better talent decisions. Assessments have long been viewed as a tool for pre-hire decision making, but an increasing number of organisations are using them as guidance at multiple points in a career. SHL asked an independent group in Aberdeen to investigate this.
