Specialist HR Service

This Service is for organisations that are likely to experience a number of significant projects in the foreseeable future. Projects such as:

  • TUPE transfers
  • Major contractual changes
  • Performance management systems
  • Director level recruitment
  • Coaching senior managers
  • Restructuring of the business
  • Leadership Development programmes
  • Termination agreements

Whilst the above is not exclusive it gives an insight into the level of specialism required. This service is ideally suited for clients who are likely to face a number of these services but want to benefit from the financial incentives of having a retained service.

Typical contracts are for 10-30 days consultancy a year split into four quarters. The Generalist Service attracts a discounted consultancy rate and allows the organisation to transfer up to 20% of their contracted time into or out of the current quarter.

With the Specialist Service you will be provided with a consultant who has the level of experience required to undertake the project. However, it is important to remember that we are not able to provide a legal opinion.
