Generalist HR Services

This service is ideally suited for the smaller organisation that probably employs between 10-50 people. The Generalist Service recognises the fact that people issues have an impact on small as well as large employers but smaller companies do not have the resources to deal with them in a professional manner.

Typical contracts are for 20-40 days consultancy a year split into four quarters. The Generalist Service attracts a discounted consultancy rate and allows the organisation to transfer up to 20% of their contracted time into or out of the current quarter.

Each client is allocated a Retained Consultant who will be their first contact and they will act as their HR Director/Manager. If the client requires a specialist service then a consultant with the specific skill is brought in. The Retained Consultant should be available throughout the contract but in the event that they are not available then MDN Fusion will ensure an alternative consultant is found.

The Service is broken into two distinct levels:

  • HR Director Level
  • HR Manager Level

The Service offered will be dependant on the size and complexity of your organisation. It is also possible to have a mixture of the two. Specialist HR Services can also be provided as long as these are stipulated at the outset of the contract.
