Retained HR Services

This is our core service, providing our key clients with an ongoing facility. It provides the option of an on call People Management service tailored to their particular sector and/or size.

Clients requiring more that 20 days a year of a consultant’s time spread over a 12-month period (but who do not know exactly when they require it) should seriously consider this as an option.

The service breaks down into two distinct areas:

The above services are ideal for clients who do not what requirements are or when they need to be completed. The Retained Services process allows them to set aside funds on a quarterly basis and yet provides the flexibility to use more than their quarterly allocation at a reduced consultancy rate.
