The PPA (Personal Profile Analysis) is a positive non-critical behavioural analysis of a person, emphasizing strengths and capabilities in the work environment. It is a comprehensive assessment that includes working strengths, fears, motivators and the value that a person brings to an employer. Alongside this it includes how a person is likely to perform under pressure and how they modify their behaviour as well as any frustrations or problem they may be facing. It is based on the DISC (Four Quadrant model of behaviour) Dominant or Driving, Inspiring or Influencing, Steadfast or Supporting and Co-ordinating or Compliant.
The GIA (General Intelligence Assessment) this is an aptitude and ability test that can be completed in an un-proctored (non supervised) environment. Remotely testing candidates can save time and make the recruitment process far more efficient. It has two parts firstly a pre-test booklet to enable all candidates to become familiar with the test and address any questions they might have. Then an online timed test contains five rigorous ability tests, reasoning; perceptual speed; number, speed and accuracy; word meaning; spatial visualization. This gives an accurate and reliable predictor of a person’s development potential, how quickly they can learn and retain new skills and procedures.
The EI (Emotional Intelligence) this is an accurate and objective way to measure emotional competences in the work context. It is a predictor of performance, and how well people understand and manage their emotions, alongside how they interpret and deal with the emotions of others and how they use this knowledge to mange relationships. The questionnaire reports on 15 facets of behaviour, four further factors such as well-being, self control, emotional and social skills alongside the persons general emotional functioning. So gives an index of someone’s perceived ability to understand, process and utilize emotion related information in everyday life.
