OPQ32 provides in-depth information on how candidates will fit within a work environment, how they will work with others and their performance potential against job competencies. Scenarios is a unique test of Managerial Judgment. It places the candidate in a number of situations in which a range of responses are possible. Ratings are provided on an overall range of Managerial Judgment, such as managing objectives, people management and reputation management. This enables assessment not only on overall judgment, but also on how effective their judgment is when dealing with different kinds of corporate issues.

Verify is an ability test that has a new approach to online testing. It has a range of verbal and numerical online ability tests, packaged in a way that is designed to help employers, overcome the risks of online unsupervised testing, but still capture the benefits that it can offer. The candidate can be assessed online unsupervised; the report is then provided for short-listing decisions, so time and resources can go to the best-matched candidates. This is followed by a unique short verification test, taken at the time of interview to ascertain the candidate’s identity.  Verify is available in for a variety of levels for example: Graduate, Managerial Professional, Supervisory + Non supervisory roles.
