Employers may not welcome changes or additions to employment law. However you may be pleased to hear that the Government has published a draft Bill that proposes to bring together and replace all the separate pieces of discrimination legislation. It’s too early to anticipate what the Act will look like after its parliamentary journey however, already there appears to be general support. More information to follow.
