Assessment Centres & Psychometrics
MDN Fusion offers Assessment Centre services to all of its clients. We fulfil individual requirements by offering a wide range of personality assessments and ability tests. We have qualified consultants who are able to administer, score, interpret and feedback results of the psychometric instruments listed below.
This service can be used to administer a single instrument through to a complex set of personality and ability tools that require your employee or applicant to spend a full day with us. Some of the more sophisticated tools are able to provide a measure against management competencies and are extremely helpful in identifying leadership and selling skills.
As part of this service we provide individual feedback using qualified personnel. This is recommended by most test providers and ensures that you comply with best practice.
We are also able to provide an on-line psychometric assessment service at short notice and many of our clients have benefited from consultants being willing to administer the tests as soon as possible, usually within a couple of hours of receiving the request.

All the instruments are best used in developing your current employees alongside other tools such as appraisals and feedback sessions. They can also be used in the selection process but should not be used in isolation when making decisions regarding someone’s future.
Ability and Competency Tests
The ability to discern the quality of the test along with its validity and reliability is a task that we can assist with. Expert advice on Ability and Competency tests along with a team of qualified test administrators are also available.
MDN Fusion is able to link ability and competency results into expert systems and carries stock of many of the widely used tests. If you are looking for advice and assistance in measuring the competency of your management team through to the ability of a graduate to develop IT skills we are able to assist.
On line Ability Test
MDN is also able to administer a unique ability test on-line, called VERIFY produced by SHL, it has a range of both verbal and numerical tests, packaged in a way that is designed to help employers overcome the risks of on-line unsupervised testing. The candidate can be assessed on-line, the report is then provided for short listing decisions, so time and resources can go to the best matched candidates. This is followed by a unique shorter verification test, taken at the time of interview to ascertain the candidates identity.
Using psychometric instruments can enhance most selection and development processes. Aptitude tests help to inform selection decisions. We can give access to a wide range of well-respected aptitude and personality tests, managed by qualified and experienced consultants. We usually offer them as part of our wider selection or development work, but we can also provide a stand-alone testing service if required.
