Established in May 2003, MDN Fusion Limited grew out of its predecessor Thomas Consultancy, which started in 1993. MDN opened an office in New Delhi India Jan 2009.

Its main purpose is to provide People Management Solutions to organisations and individuals who are committed to Developing People to their Full Potential. The directors of MDN Fusion are committed to the above purpose through their Christian commitment, ethos and value system.

The organisation delivers People Management Solutions through the following channels:

• Assessment Centres and Psychometrics
• Training and Development
• Retained HR Services
• Projects
• Executive Search - Selection Service

Whilst the above are all separate channels they merge together to provide total People Management solutions to all our clients.

In addition to the above MDN Fusion dedicates a percentage of all its resources to international development. This takes the form of providing Organisational and Leadership Development for charities. It is also committed to the development of CHILD’s Trust, a charity dedicated to the development of underprivileged children.
